How To Fix SPD Research & Ugrade Tool Error 0x96
Its annoying knowing you have the right firmware and tool trying to flash or upgrade your SPD/Unisoc device and you encounter an error like this:

How to Fix SPD Flash Tool Error [0x96]
Caution: Before proceeding I strongly recommend you take an NVRAM Backup to avoid network problem at the end
Requirements:
- SPD USB Driver Installed
- Latest version of SPD Factory Tool
- Compatible .pac Firmware of your device
Now lets start the fixing procedure
- Close the SPD Research/Upgrade tool that's giving you the errors, download, extract and launch SPD Factory Tool and make your drivers are properly installed.
- Click the load button to load up your firmware pac file
- Now Browse and locate your extracted .pac firmware stock rom
- Click The download button to flash your pac file
- Turn off the phone, reinsert the battery, hold down the boot key and connect your phone
- You wont't see the error this time using the SPD Factor Tool
- And now it may take some time, after successful flashing or upgrading disconnect your phone from your PC
- And Done!!
